Concerned Members of the New Church
This one was connected with an internal struggle within the Lord's New Church which is Nova Hierosolyma. A
group representing the majority of the membership, centered near Philadelphia PA, was considering legal action against the
corrupt church leadership centered in Charleston SC. NewEarth had helped out the Philadelphia group, and this was our reward.
The Charleston leader heard a rumor that others thought he was making death threats. He changed the story around so that the
others were threatening him, and then reported the story he'd just made up to the Pennsylvania State Police. In this version, it is
the "Philadelphia group" making death threats. Done by relaying through two open mail servers. Very clever.

Dear Friends,
Many of you have been involved with an organization called the "[XXXXXX]
BBS". This shady outfit has deceived a lot of sincere people into joining
its directory, using its mailing lists, and sending financial support to
its operator.
[XXXXXX] has served as a front for a group of dissidents who are
attempting to seize control of a New Church organization, in order to
further their personal agendas. Please pay no attention to any service
promoted by the "Philadelphia Society of the Lord's New Church." The only
web services actually connected to the Lord's New Church may be found at:
http://www.swedenborg.net
The Philadelphia effort is fraudulent and will be removed by legal action
in the next few days. The Philadelphia group has been involved in making
anonymous death threats against the priestly leadership of the Lord's New
Church.
All sincere New Church people should immediately cease their association
with the [XXXXXX] BBS, and should avoid contact with the criminal element
that dominates the so-called "Philadelphia Society of the Lord's New
Church."
