To see that page, you will need a web browser that can make an encrypted connection using TLS or SSL. We recommend 128-bit or stronger encryption for any transaction that includes logging in to our system with your user ID and password. Currently we only require 56-bit or stronger encryption, but exclude "export" encryption algorithms, and exclude SSL protocol version 2.
